Red Square and Foundry have merged and we couldn’t be happier.

We are now the largest gaming-focused agency in the country but also boast a roster of national brands across categories like consumer packaged goods, financial services, tech and healthcare. The merger represents the next chapter for both agencies, creating scale and generating growth through new service lines alongside opportunities for our talented teams.

Existing agency leadership will remain in place and Rich Sullivan and Jim Bauserman will continue as equity owners. The merger was completed with investment teams from Six Pillars Partners and Merit Capital Partners.
